Plants the crops (ਫਸਲਾਂ ਬੀਜਦਾ ਹੈ) and nurtures (ਪਾਲਣ ਪੋਸ਼ਣ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ) them to make sure they grow properly (ਤਾਂ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਸਹੀ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਵਧਦੇ ਰਹਿਣ)

Self motivated (ਸਵੈ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਤ), hard working (ਮੇਹਨਤੀ), never gives up (ਹਿੰਮਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਾਰਦਾ ), patient (ਸਬਰ), and living a lifestyle (ਜੀਵਨ ਸ਼ੈਲੀ) aligned to nature (ਕੁਦਰਤ ਨਾਲ ਇਕਸੁਰਤਾ)

Knowledge of local seasons (ਸਥਾਨਕ ਮੌਸਮ ਦਾ ਗਿਆਨ), crops (ਫ਼ਸਲਾਂ) and manage pests (ਫ਼ਸਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੱਗਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਕੀੜੇ) to grow healthy (ਸਿਹਤਮੰਦ) and disease-free (ਬਿਮਾਰੀ ਮੁਕਤ) crops (ਫ਼ਸਲਾਂ), fruits (ਫਲ) and vegetables (ਸਬਜ਼ੀਆਂ)

Provide food (ਭੋਜਨ), which is necessity (ਮੁਢਲੀ ਲੋੜ) for human life (ਇਨਸਾਨੀ ਜੀਵਨ ਲਈ)

Farmer does the farming  by putting dedicated effort from depth of his heart. Farmer ploughs and works on the fields so that his family and humanity can have food for their survival. Farmer honestly fulfils the responsibility of growing crops for humanity.
