Focused (ਇਕਾਗਰ), who follows Gurbani with dedication (ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਰਪਿਤ)

Understand the true purpose (ਜੀਵਨ ਦਾ ਮਕਸਦ) of life by willingly (ਮਰਜ਼ੀ ਨਾਲ) seeking (ਖੋਜਦਾ ਹੈ) the protection (ਸਰਣਿ) from Gurbani (ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ) and staying loyal (ਵਫ਼ਾਦਾਰ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਨੇ) to good voice (ਜੋਤਿ).

As Hummingbird extracts the nectar from lotus flower and wants more and more of because of it’s taste. Similarly my mind should extract the virtues from Gurbani and adopt them in my life. More I align myself with the virtues of good voice (Jot), more we will stay connected to it .
